Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a phone call from our Production Manager to arrange delivery details and to make sure you or someone can be home to receive your new mattress. Delivery for out of state customers is fulfilled on a case by case basis.
