Do I need an appointment?
You’re welcome to stop in anytime during showroom hours. Appointments are optional, but they allow us to prepare for your visit and ensure a Dream Specialist is available to guide you through our collections at a relaxed pace.
Can I visit outside of regular hours?
Absolutely. We’re a destination store, and we know travel schedules don’t always line up with 10 a.m.–5 p.m. If you need an after‑hours or private appointment, just call or email us and we’d be glad to schedule an appointment at a time that works for you.
Where should I park?
Parking is available just behind the building. Follow the drive around back and you’ll find ample spaces near our entrance.
Can I try every mattress?
Yes. Our Birmingham showroom features our full line—each handcrafted model built in Michigan and displayed for you to experience side by side. We encourage you to take your time, rest, and notice how each one feels.
How long does it take to receive a mattress?
Each mattress is handcrafted to order and generally takes 5–6 weeks to complete.

We partner with an alliance of Michigan farmers and shepherds who carefully shear their flocks each spring and send the raw fleece to be milled right here in Michigan. No chemicals. No additives. Just pure, resilient wool—carded into sumptuous batts that breathe naturally and cradle the body with unmatched luxury.
Each fiber is both soft and strong—able to bend and spring back thousands of times without breaking—giving our mattresses their natural loft, longevity, and lasting comfort.
