Is there a break-in period for the mattress?
Most people adjust quickly, but natural materials can take a few nights to a few weeks to fully settle. Unlike synthetic beds, ours firm up ever so slightly in the first year without losing support.
Do your mattresses work with adjustable bases?
Our mattresses are optimized for use with a traditional box spring and foundation, which supports the longevity and performance of the design. However, they are also compatible with a wide variety of base types, including platform beds and adjustable bases. We’re happy to help you choose the best setup for your needs.
Can I flip or rotate the mattress?
Yes. All of our models are built with flippable, two-sided construction—a rarity today—which extends their life and comfort. We recommend rotating regularly as well.
Do you offer a comfort‑exchange or return policy?
Yes—on select models we provide a one‑time Comfort Exchange within the first 90 nights. Instead of returning the entire mattress, we adjust or replace the upper comfort layers so the bed feels “just right.” A service fee equal to 15 % of the original mattress price (plus any delivery charges) applies. Because every mattress is built to order and handcrafted with natural materials, full refunds or returns are not offered. If you think you’ll need extra flexibility, let us know before ordering and we’ll walk you through the qualifying models and time frame.
Can I visit outside during the regular showroom hours?
Absolutely. We’re a destination store, and we know travel schedules don’t always line up with 10 a.m.–5 p.m. If you need an after‑hours or private appointment, just call or email us and we’d be glad to schedule an appointment at a time that works for you.
